To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Technical Support

Creative Lighting Solutions offers limited technical support on products that creativelightings.com sells. Creative Lighting Solutions does not take any responsibilities due to misleading or misunderstanding technical information. Customers (buyers) shall contact the original manufacturer, if any, for assistance such as compatibility, suitable, playable and any other technical questions. Electrical devices can be dangerous to you, others and can even kill.  Please follow all local building codes, safety guidelines, practices and consult a licensed electrical contractor in your area if you are unsure about your codes.

WARRANTIES

Creative Lighting Solutions is a distributor only. Most products sold by Creative Lighting Solutions are not manufactured by Creative Lighting Solutions unless specified. The products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if any). Creative Lighting Solutions will assist in order for customer to fulfill their warranties information, however, is not responsible for any manufacture warranties information and/or dispute.

Creative Lighting Solutions, llc MAKES NO REPRESENTATION for any product any warranty unless specified. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES CREATIVE LIGHTING SOLUTIONS, LLC. (CREATIVELIGHTINGS.COM)'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. CREATIVELIGHTINGS.COM SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. Order Process Information and Requirement

Shipment normally ships out the next business day after receiving your order (excluding holidays). Creative Lighting Solutions may contact you regarding the order you have placed. If, for any reason, you cannot be reached, your order will be put on hold. Creative Lighting Solutions does not hold any delaying responsibilities for any on hold orders for which they might cost any additional responsibilities. It is customer’s responsibility to make sure their information have been input clearly and correctly. We, however, will issue an email upon receiving your order regarding the information you have input. You may contact us (CreativeLightings.com) during Ohio normal business hours or 24 hours at our email address.

On Hold Status

On hold status defines as orders that cannot be processed due to an error. We might hold your order for the following reasons: Credit card information cannot be verified. Billing information and/or shipping information cannot be matched. Credit Card has rejected your order due to human or mechanical error. Receiver does not match credit card record as authorized user. In order to prevent any delay of shipments, please make sure you have correctly input your billing information. If it is needed, in addition, please your bank regarding your shipping address. Further more, if it is need, please feel free to call us at 1.877-877-2340 to verify your information so that your order will be guaranteed ship out within the next 24 hours. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we are unable to be verify or process. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE -

Creative Lighting Solutions,llc., CreativeLightings.com or Creative Lighting Solutions, LLC. does not hold any responsibility for any lost of shipment due to shipping carriers mistakes or wrongdoings. In addition, however, Creative Lighting Solutions will issue a second shipment under special condition after 15 days after UPS claim package lost. Under any CIRCUMSTANCES, Creative Lighting Solutions, LLC. liability limits to assist package locating, and to provide second shipment upon condition approval. Shipping Methods

CreativeLightings.com offers UPS, U.S. Postal Service or other shipping method at our discretion. We do not ship to APO, FPO or USS Ship UPS DOES NOT SHIP HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS. WE ARE NOT OPEN WEEKENDS.

All cleared* orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Due to uncontrollable variables, the delay of the availability of an item is sometime inevitable. In cases when you have ordered a backordered item, we will contact you via telephone or email for the estimated arrival time of the delayed shipment. When you have confirmed with us your decision to wait for the shipment, your item will be shipped to you automatically when it becomes available. Free shipping items may take up to 7-12 business days for delivery.

Next Day Air Saver---All cleared* orders placed before 12:00 noon EST of a business day will be processed within 24 hours.
NOTE: Once a package has been dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not be able to alter any information and will not be held responsible for any errors or delays caused the shipping carrier.
 
Second Day Air--- When you’ve placed your order before 12:00 noon EST of a business day, you can expect your package to arrive two days (or the next business day following the weekend or holiday) after the day you paced your order.
NOTE: Once a package has been dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not be able to alter any information of the order and will not be held responsible for any errors or delays caused the shipping carrier

3 Day Select--- When you’ve placed your order before 12:00 noon EST of a business day, you can expect your package to arrive three days (or the next business day following the weekend or holiday) after the day you paced your order.

NOTE: Once a package has been dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not be able to alter any information of the order and will not be held responsible for any errors or delays caused the shipping carrier.
 
Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we can not make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable. All orders less than one pound and with total value under $80.00 USD may be shipped by USPS services. (First Class: packaged are usually delivered within 7-9 to any destination; Priority Mail: packaged are usually delivered within 2-5 days to any destination).

* A cleared order is define as an order that is available, without questions, for shipping. Components include, but not limited to, the payment status of the customer, the billing and shipping information validity, and the availability of the ordered item(s).

Cancellation of Orders

All orders that have been processed (Charged or Billed) CANNOT be cancelled under any circumstances. Most of our orders are processed within 24-48 hours. If you need to cancel or modify your order for any reason, please call us as soon as possible.

Price Changes

CreativeLightings.com and Creative Lighting Solutions, llc reserve the right to change any price at anytime. All pricing errors are subject to correction. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Typographical Errors Creative Lighting Solutions, llc. (CreativeLightings.com) is not responsible for typographical errors, price differences, or coupon codes validity posted by forums, or any 3rd party affiliates.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please call 1-877-877-2340 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 7 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, Creative Lighting Solutions will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to the Creative Lighting Solutions warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration. Creative Lighting Solutions will assess a 10% restocking fee on any opened hardware or accessory returned in non-saleable condition. Creative Lighting Solutions may ask you to provide a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) so Creative Lighting Solutions can assess the 10% restocking fee.
